New York Times bestselling author Kate Moore will be at the library to discuss her book The Radium Girls: The Dark Story of America's Shining Women. The book traces the lives of more than a dozen women who were employed as luminous watch dial painters as early as 1917 and the effects that radiation exposure had on them.

Hold authentic dinosaur bones like those seen in museums! T-Rexplorers will tak you on an adventure straight from the cretaceous period! See dinosaur fossil types from numerous species including favorites like Tricaeratops and T-Rex, while getting a glimpse into what it's klike to go on a paleontological dig as you spend time with an experienced dinsaur fossil hunter!

This is a family friendly event with limited availabilty so be sure to call the library to register!

 Come a little eary at 4:45pm to meet a special visitor before the program!
